I am now looking to recruit a Junior Design Engineer for a large engineering and manufacturing business located in Worksop, North Nottinghamshire. This position would be very suitable for Graduate engineers, technical engineers, or anyone with a background in Design.

Located in Worksop, North Nottinghamshire my client design and manufacturing metal components for the Oil & Gas and Marine markets. Due to continued growth and product development, they are now looking to recruit a highly driven, Junior Design Engineer to join the team.
Description
Reporting into the Engineering Manager as the Junior Design Engineer you will be responsible for new product specifications from company design through to manufacture. You will ensure compliance with all company standards and will handle any customer technical requests & generate product data sheets.
Other Responsibilities
Convert specifications to include manufacturing details, using SAP & BOMs.
Using AutoCAD to design tooling and generate product reports from companies’ 3D measuring system.
Support Manufacturing with technical assistance as required.
Project Manage customer orders where 3rd Party Inspections are required.
Gather & submit Product Data to Company Design Centre.
Support manufacturing process improvement activities.
Write Procedures & Works Instructions.
Carry out product testing & Certification as required to assist laboratory personnel.
Profile
To apply for this excellent, Junior Design Engineer Vacancy located in Worksop, North Nottinghamshire you will be keen to learn with the aim of becoming a fully fledge Design or Project Engineer. You will ideally have a degree within an engineering discipline, but this is not essential.
Job Offer
The starting salary for this position will be between £25,000 and £30,000 depending on your background skills and experience.
