Our Group Exercise offering includes a dedicated floor of impressive group exercise studios, designed to host a plethora of genres for our members each week.
We are looking for a committed Group Exercise Instructor who is ready to progress their teaching careers and work with us on a permanent basis, to help our members benefit from our group exercise classes both traditional and our bespoke Signature Products.
You will ensuring here at Raynes Park we are always exceeding and delivering a first-class group exercise experience, to both our current and new members, making it the place to exercise in this ever-changing world of fitness.
What do we need from you?
Certified and experienced Group Exercise Instructors that have a genuine enthusiasm for group exercise and always lead by example.
Can ideally teach several genres and certified in a minimum of two DL Signature Products.
Interested in current with group exercise trends.
Works well as part of a larger team.
Appreciates customer feedback and strives to exceed expectations
Proactive approach and solution driven with the ability to analyse data and adapt to change.
Excellent organising and planning skills, Strong communication skills.
Commitment to a 30-hour permanent contract working flexible hours, including weekends.
– 20 -hours teaching a mix of classes per week
– 10-hours proactively growing group exercise participation, holding member events, managing our studios appearance, and getting to know both new and existing members whilst promoting & driving group exercise awareness and adherence.
