Are you a Surveyor/Estimator with a Mechanical or Facilities Maintenance Background or similar, looking to work for a well-established, stable company who offers a great work environment and excellent company benefits?

You will be responsible for the preparation of tenders, negotiating prices with suppliers as well as conducting site measurements. You will also be responsible for managing the team of engineers and subcontractors.
This role would suit a Mechanical Surveyor/Estimator with a background in Facilities Maintenance or similar, looking for a company that will offer you a stable position with excellent benefits and competitive salary.
The Role:
