The Company: Our client is a growing and successful international conference management agency
Main Duties: To be responsible for assisting the Events Manager with the organisation of virtual or physical conferences and business events in the UK and abroad
The Role: – To report directly to the Operations Manager – Be part of onsite team to assist with managing conferences and events – Assist with research and contract negotiations – support budget and logistics management – To be a point of contact with clients for all the events booking and liaise with suppliers – liaise with internal and external stakeholders – assist other team members as required
The Candidate: – Fluent in Spanish or French (written and spoken) – Fluent in English (written & spoken) – Experience in Events coordination / management – Excellent communication & organisational skills – Proactive, dynamic and confident – Accurate with great attention to detail – Highly proficient at using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
The Salary: Up to £23,000 p.a.
