Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is Level 2 childcare qualification or recent relevant experience.
The Role
To work 1-1 and with small groups providing support to the teacher working with students with ASD and MLD . This role is due to start ASAP with the potential of a permanent role for the right candidate.
The successful Teaching Assistant will have excellent knowledge of working with children, and ideally will have worked with children with SEND.
Requirements
To be considered for the SEND Teaching Assistant position, you will:
Have experience supporting children with SEND
Hold a Level 2 qualification in childcare or recent relevant experience
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary School Staff
