A new opportunity currently exists for a Business Analyst to join the global Business Intelligence team. Supporting the implementation of data management strategy and business intelligence use across the firm, your brief includes:
Supporting preparation of value-added analysis & commentary on various aspects of the business
Defining & gathering analytical & reporting requirements from business stakeholders
Translating data into simple-to-understand analysis & commentary
Acting as a business partner for reporting & business intelligence by developing a strong understanding of the business model & organisational structure
Identifying data issues & communicating these within the BI group
Collaborate with the shared services team to innovate & improve quality, process optimisation & streamlined delivery
Working with stakeholders to drive engagement with existing BI tools
As a graduate in a numerate or data-focused discipline, you will demonstrate a minimum of 2 years hands on experience of data analysis and business analytics, ideally gained within the Legal or Professional Services sector. You will be an outgoing self-starter with a proactive approach and strong SQL skills with exposure to Python an advantage.
