Location: Flexible working – 50/50 split between home-working, and 175 St John Street, Farringdon
This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join the Inclusive Learning and Development (L&D) team, part of our People & Culture Team, and coordinate the development and delivery of non-clinical skills learning for all our colleagues, along with supporting the organisation to develop a learning culture.
The role supports and works closely with the Head of Inclusive L&D to provide coordination across several learning and development areas. You’ll help bring our newly published learning and development strategy to life by working on the key focus areas which include further enhancing our induction and welcome experience, coaching and mentoring, management and leadership, equality, diversity and inclusion, and apprenticeships.
You’ll be able to communicate with people at all levels, work to deadlines and multitask to deliver projects. Organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, together with an enthusiastic and flexible approach to work, good interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion to make a difference.
