2BM Recruitment Ltd are working in partnership with our client a Global Engineering Manufacturing company with an opportunity in Sheffield for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor. Permanent fulltime opportunity paying circa £28,000.00 plus annual bonus and excellent benefits.
Job Details:
As a Purchase Ledger Supervisor within the finance team your responsibilities will include: Mentoring, developing, and leading a small team of purchase ledger assistants. Coordinating weekly payment runs and ensuring suppliers are paid to agreed payment terms. Overseeing the reconciliation of Supplier Statements. Ensuring the mailbox is being maintained and all invoices are processed accurately. Consulting with internal departments and suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies. Assisting the Financial Controller with tasks such as cash flow forecasting and annual audit queries.
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills / qualifications / attributes:
Candidates will have worked in a similar role within purchase ledger and ideally have management / supervisor experience. You will be a confident finance professional with strong leadership skills that motivate team members managing a busy workload. You will be organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills and be an excellent communicator. IT skills should include Microsoft Office Suite and preferably SAP.
Your Pay & Benefits:
Purchase Ledger Supervisor salary pays circa £28,000per annum plus annual bonus. Permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday on a fulltime basis 37.5 hours per week, hours 9am to 5pm. You will receive 33 days holiday (inc 8 bank holidays), contributory pension, healthcare, parking & share purchase scheme.
