4Recruitment Services Looking for Electrical maintenance engineer at Watford , Hertfordshire Full Time

Job Title: Electrical bias Multi Skilled Building Services Engineer – (Commercial Office Building)

Rate: £19ph via Umbrella

Location: Watford, WD17

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 weeks, could be extended if all goes well.

Requirements:

Must be fully qualified Electrically (City & Guilds/Equivalent)

Must possess 2 years+ experience within building services/fm.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

The day-to-day operation & maintenance of mechanical services in line with KPI’s and SLA’s and the Maintenance Model for Preventative Maintenance.

Maintain all Mechanical equipment within the building.

Carry out plumbing and pipework repairs.

Carry out minor fabric repairs when required.

Procure materials and equipment to carry out works.

To organise and supervise sub-contractor as and when required.

Assist Lead engineer and Account Manager in ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site.

Attend to reactive calls in line with KPI’s and SLA’s.

Communication with Helpdesk on site team and clients.

Identification & reporting of any M & E faults, which will have a detrimental effect on the building environment & Plant and equipment.

Timely completion of all required paperwork including work record sheets, Risk Assessments, Method Statements & Permits to Work and accurate timesheets
