Safe to say you have probably used their products before, without even knowing it
Your role:
Provide support to business-critical applications, customers and clients, who are some of the most well known globally
Analyse issues and incidents, responding in a timely manner
Be the SME and escalation point. You’ll be the glue in this IT powerhouse
Conduct initial investigations into backend systems by running queries (SQL)
Your skill set:
Previous relevant experience in a Production Support or similar role
Constant learner. The skills you learn here will do you forever (AWS/Banking experience)
Logical innovation/out of the box thinker who is highly adept at anticipating consequences and opportunities
