Part-time position
Office based role; in Crawley – 26.5 hours per week across any days
Duties:
We require an Administrator for this fantastic organisation who really do look after staff and offer fantastic promotional prospects
We are seeking someone who has either worked in a busy admin role or someone who has worked in a customer services role, but must have good IT skills and they will train you to conduct the below duties
Taking notes at meetings, requiring intense concentration at long meetings
Analysing, and interpreting sometimes complicated information which is also sensitive/disturbing/highly confidential, such as note taking at Child Protection conferences
Deliver timely and efficient administrative support
Deliver flexible administrative service
Creating documents, using the electronic filing systems and report writing
Organising of events/courses.
Developing relationships with senior management, customers, key contacts, and the members of the public.
Salary and Benefits:
£19,500 to £22,000 per annum (pro rota)
23 days holiday ( rising to 27) with the option to purchase extra leave
