Cover Supervisor needed on a supply basis to work with secondary schools across the Wirral and the surrounding areas.

Academics have recently seen an increased need for local Cover Supervisors in Secondary Schools across the Wirral and the surrounding areas for day-to-day and long-term supply.
Working as a Cover Supervisor within Secondary Schools you will have local work in your local area covering schools that only you want to work in on the days you want to work! Our client secondary schools like to keep the same pool of cover supervisors meaning that you will be able to build relationships within these schools with both pupils and staff.
As a cover supervisor will be expected to: * Support students with their learning by ensuring pre-planned work is completed * Monitor student behaviour in the classroom * Be familiar with the schools polices and procedures to deal with any immediate problems
What you’ll need to work as a cover supervisor with Academics * Have a degree * Be passionate about supporting children with their learning * The ability to keep children engaged and motivated * Be enthusiastic, friendly and confident * Have strong communication skills * Have good behaviour management skills * A commitment to helping children reach their full potential
