The Trust was established in 2016 with the purpose of bringing like-minded schools together to work in partnership to deliver a world class education to pupils in Norfolk and Suffolk. The Trust currently consists of 7 secondary schools and 10 primary schools, educating over 5,500 pupils. Their schools range in size from the largest state boarding school in the UK, to several very small, rural schools and they all share the belief that high quality education is broad ranging and embraces strong extra-curricular provision and an expectation that all pupils can and should achieve.
The Role
They are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor who will be responsible for managing a team of 3, overseeing the wider Trust recruitment and compliance alongside provide HR advice and guidance whilst managing recruitment, compliance and absence management casework for specifically assigned schools.
Key Responsibilities
The HR Advisor is responsible for line managing the HR Officers and the HR Administrator that look after SET schools except for Wymondham College and City Academy, managing all compliance and overseeing the recruitment for specifically assigned schools alongside supporting the Assistant HR Director in process improvement and the training and induction of new staff.
