Salary: £20,000- £30,000 plus commission and competitive bonus scheme.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Negotiator that will provide traditional estate agent services such as lettings, valuations, accompanied viewings, applicant referencing and property management. Our client excels in the field of assignment contracts and new homes.
As a Sales Negotiator, our client is offering a fantastic opportunity to be a part of a team, that provides a professional service for their clients. You will be managing an applicant database by regular phone calls and emails ensuring notes are fully updated and accurate. Generate new leads, identify, and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities and lead and facilitate pitch logistics.
They cultivate an honest and direct approach that helps the client make informed decisions based on their specialist market knowledge. Your role as a Real Estate Professional will assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
Skills, experience, and qualifications:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will need to be confident, articulate, and self-motivated. With a good understanding of the mathematics of property investment (yields, interest cover, LTC etc). Managing both existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. Our client seeks great organisational and strong IT skills.
