A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Financial Controller to join our client who are a small yet very successful family-owned company, that produce luxury furniture and products. This fast paced and challenging role as Financial Controller, will offer variety, autonomy, and the chance to build excellent relationships across all teams.
Financial Controller Responsibilities
– Monthly management accounts and reporting, including year-end and audit
– Liaising with Sales department for budgeting and oversight of Purchase Ledger
– Oversight of invoices, accruals, prepayments, and rebates
– VAT returns
– Bank reconciliations for UK and foreign currencies
– Payroll
– Ad hoc duties, including involvement in HR and Operations Management (to be discussed)
