Practice Accountant (Outsourcing) responsibilities:
Managing a portfolio of up to 40 clients depending on the level of experience you bring to the role
Detailed reviews of management accounts, VAT returns, FCA returns, financial statements – Senior level Accountant role
Preparing the above (including at senior level as this is still a growing firm so a hands-on work ethic is essential)
Managing a team of up to10 people at manager and senior level
Managing all client deliverables (all levels)
Working very closely with the other accountants/ managers/ senior managers/ directors

Practice Accountant (Outsourcing) Experience:
Outsourced or practice accounting experience is essential at all levels
Financial services industry experience would be advantageous
Ideally strong technically on FRS 102 and IFRS
ACCA or ACA qualified is essential at manager and senior level and part-qualified for junior level will be considered
Experience of working in a fast paced environment and meeting deadlines
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
