We are currently looking for a Learning and Development Manager to join a Healthcare Consultancy based in Hammersmith. This position will be starting immediately and will be temping for 3 – 6 months. This is a hybrid role and will pay up to 65k.
The role
– Create and execute learning strategies and programs
– Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
– Implement various learning methods
– Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
– Track budgets and negotiate contracts
