Partnering with the core business you will be working with business leaders to develop a manpower plan for the onboarding of new trainee’s into the business, and creating a plan to meet these numbers.

You must be used to picking up the phones and speaking with people to explain the role and get them really interested in a career with the business, and in continuing positive communication with them through to on boarding.
