Automation Engineer – Guildford – £35,000 – £45,000

ApplauseIT are recruiting an Automation Engineer to join a Saas digital platform company allowing retailers to create an intelligent, real-time connection with their customers. You will be joining an exciting automation testing team, defining, and driving innovative automation and enhancing the current Quality Assurance processes.

The Automation Engineer will be willing to approach work with an agile mindset bring fresh ideas and a great enthusiasm to the Automation team. Designing, developing, and supporting frameworks for the test infrastructure and providing automation expertise to the development teams.

The Automation engineer will have:

• Automation experience using Selenium Web Driver with PHP/Java
• Proven commercial API testing experience
• Experience working with an Agile methodology
• 2+ years’ experience in automation testing
• Strong understanding of testing principles
