Do you currently work in a contact centre and are looking for a better work life balance? Maybe you are looking for the opportunity for your career to develop but have no opportunities for progression?
You’ll have a 35 hour working week with a mix of working from home and working from the office. You’ll benefit from 25 days annual leave (which rises a day per year for up to five years) with the Bank Holidays and extra closure days over the Christmas period on top.
We have a lot of customers. AQA set and mark papers for more than half of all GCSEs and A-levels and you will be supporting teachers and schools via telephone and email. As we are approaching exam season it becomes a busy role and you need to be able to work under pressure. You will receive training in answering inquiries from schools and teachers and you will be able to provide an outstanding professional service to internal and external stakeholders alike.
