ASL Recruitment Ltd Looking for Warehouse Co-ordinator at Hastings , East Sussex Full Time

Our client is a leading manufacturer and provider of racing equipment to the motorsport sector. They are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Co-ordinator to join their hardworking and dedicated team.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrable experience within a busy warehouse, have a good knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also possess some knowledge and experience of Import/Export and the ability to input, retrieve and analyse data.

As a Warehouse Co-ordinator you will oversee and co-ordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits as well as contributing to the day to day running of the warehouse.

The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and experiences:

• Demonstrable experience within a busy warehouse
• Knowledge of Warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Possess some knowledge and experience of Import/Export
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to direct and coordinate operations when required
• Possess strong organisational and time management skills
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• A Full UK Driving Licence is required 

Your duties are a Warehouse Co-ordinator will include:

• Ensuring shipments’ and inventory transactions’ accuracy
• Organising and maintaining inventory and storage area
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload when required
• Maintaining items record, document necessary information and utilise reports to company managers
• Conferring and co-ordinating activities with other departments as required

Salary:

£9.50 per hour

Hours:

• Part Time, Permanent
• 4 hours per day (Mornings or Afternoons)
