Job Purpose:
To provide a high-quality administrative, system and reporting HR service to the HR Team and AML employees.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Employee queries (e.g. HR policy, WFM, benefits, expenses) – in person and HR Admin/WFM/Expenses inbox
All employee lifecycle administration (hire to retire)
Position Management – position creation, updates and deletion
Administrative support to assessment centres and Early Careers inductions
PO creation/Invoice GRN/query management
Recognition Programme administration
Onboarding – inductions, paperwork, day 1 confirmation, payslip login, manager notifications
Contractor conversion account management
Contractor/Purchased Service record creation
Reference Requests (inbound & outbound)
Regular reporting
Employee correspondence
Absence Management administration
Development process administration
Leaver checklist co-ordination
Concur account creation and updates
HR Policy review administration
Long Service Award administration
D&G admin support
Corporate Credit Card administration
Car Scheme administration (low level)
Cycle to Work administration
Work experience administration
Special Events Car admin
Qualification & Experience:
HR/Administration Background
Knowledge of HR Systems and employee administration
Sound IT literacy in MS Office Tools
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
HR generalist experience
Supporting recruitment, induction and onboarding programmes
Knowledge of ERP systems
Supporting HR projects
CIPD level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice or equivalent experience
Behaviours:
The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and strong organisational skills which will enable them to manage a wide variety of administrative activities. They will also be able to operate using their own initiative prioritising activities appropriately. They should be flexible and adaptable to change as we will be implementing a new HR system during 2023 and the post-holder will have key role to play in the transition to new ways of working.
