About the role
We have a truly exciting opportunity for a HR Advisor to join our busy HR Team which is the very heart beat of Bath Spa. We’re keen to add to our HR team and expand our knowledge to support our growing University.
This position would suit you if you are not only looking for a varied HR role that exposes you to a broad range of HR activities but also provides you with the prospect of further professional development.
Our HR Advisors provide a high quality HR service that provides important advice and guidance to employees and managers across the University, as well as seeking opportunities to help us improve what we do to become as efficient as possible.
You will play a vitally important role in guiding our HR Administrators to support them to deliver a timely and efficient service to all stakeholders, whilst working closely with our HR business partners on a variety of projects that will enhance your professional development.
About you (requirements)
Your experience of working in HR is invaluable and will help you hit the ground running in our busy department. You will bring a solid understanding of HR softwares and systems that will enable you to pick up our processes quickly and offer a fresh pair of eyes.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of taking the initiative and putting forward new ways of working to improve efficiencies, providing advice and guidance to managers and staff and communicating on how to interpret and implement HR policy and procedure.
