THE COMPANY
My client are a large independent recruiter that have been established since 1992 and are one of the Top 50 recruitment agencies to work for and have an excellent standing in the market place. They have launched a new branch in Daventry and are seeking an experienced recruiter to join them who has either Manufacturing, Technical/Engineering, Commercial/Office, or Industrial sector experience Perms or Temps and is a full 360 recruiter that enjoys chasing and winning new business as well as building client relationships.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Due to launcing a new branch they now have opportunities within their Daventry branch for an experienced Senior Recruitment consultant or Recruitment Consultant who has a experience within the Manufacturing, Industrial, Engineering/Technical or Commercial/Office sectors the successful candidate will be working very closely with the Branch Manager to develop and grow the branch.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years plus recruitment experience within either of the above sectors temps or perms and be a full 360 recruiter who has strong business development skills to chase and win new accounts as well as excellent account management skills to look after existing accounts/business.
THE PACKAGE
My client offers a basic salary of up to 28K basic dependent on experience with an executive company car or car allowance and a great achievable commission structure.
