BDM Recruitment is searching for a highly motivated and qualified Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker (CeMAP qualified) to join a well-established national wealth management firm on a hybrid basis within the Stockton-on-Tees area.

What You’ll Do as a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker in Stockton-on-Tees:

• Leverage your expertise to provide comprehensive mortgage and protection advice to new and existing clients across the UK, primarily via phone and virtual platforms.
• Demonstrate your in-depth knowledge of the whole-of-market mortgage landscape to ensure clients receive the best possible options tailored to their unique needs.
• Cultivate relationships with the firm’s existing client base within the Stockton area, identifying remortgage opportunities and fostering long-term client satisfaction.
• Utilise various lead generation channels, including internet sources, social media, and the company’s extensive client network, to expand your business reach.
• Conduct client appointments and offer insightful mortgage advice, with occasional evening meetings as required.

Who We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker with a proven track record of success in providing mortgage advice, preferably within a whole-of-market environment.
• Full CeMAP qualification (or equivalent) and competent adviser status (CAS) are essential for this role.
• A strong work ethic, coupled with ambition, drive, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients you meet virtually or in person within the Stockton area.
• The confidence to generate business proactively through various channels, including referrals.
• A clean credit history with no criminal convictions.
• A full UK driving license and the ability to commute to the Stockton-on-Tees office 2-3 days per week.
