Mechanical Engineer required in the M3/M4 North region for our client, a leading HVAC company that has 6 regional offices and has been expanding since it formed over 20 years ago. They offer their customers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment.
Their client base consists of long-standing client relationships with clients such as David Lloyd Leisure, Vue Cinemas, Cineworld, Tate & Lyle, Radisson Hotels, Hilton, Malmaison & more.
The Mechanical Engineer will be tasked with installation, service, maintenance & attending breakdowns on Pumps, Booster Sets, Pipework, Air Handling Units etc
Mechanical Engineer – Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary up to £40,000 DOE
- Company Van – Optional Personal Use of the vehicle
- Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months’ service – Up to £3,600 tax free
- Overtime paid at 1.5x
- 40 hour working week, travel paid after 30 mins each way
- On call allowance (1 in 4/5, £1,200 guaranteed – if called out Travel Paid door to door)
- Pension
- 22 days’ holidays plus bank holidays this will increase to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years.

Mechanical Engineer Position Requirements
- Commercial Mechanical Engineering experience
- Experience working on Pumps, Booster Sets, AHU’s, Pipework etc
- Full Driving Licence
- Live in the M3/M4 North area (Reading, Slough, Bracknell, Kingston, Guildford etc)
