What you’ll be doing:

• Provide technical support to customers by resolving their queries via phone & support portal
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems by using a variety of methods
• Understand customer’s needs and provide solutions that are appropriate for their level of service
• Assist in ensuring maximum security and performance of systems

What you need:

• 2+ years experience in a technical support environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong desire to learn and possess a strong interest in technology
• A passion for resolving issues and supporting customers
• Proven ability to work independently
