The Fund is governed by a diverse working Trustee Board, led by an independent Chair, comprises a senior independent director, and Company and Member-Nominated directors with deep experience across international integrated energy, financial services, pensions, commercial operations, corporate finance, legal M&A and tax. It is unusual in bp in that it is a fully working board and committee structure lead by a CEO and executive team based across the 20CS and Sunbury sites.
The postholder will be a member of the Pensions executive leadership team (LT) reporting to the CEO and with a strong functional link to People and Culture (P&C) and have requisite exposure to the Trustee board and committees leading on all P&C strategic and business issues. The role provides strategic direction and drives successful delivery of key people initiatives.
