About us
Here at Bristol Street Mazda Redditch we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Master Technician to join our team. This is a really exciting time to join our expanding business and become part of one of the largest Motor Retailers within the UK!
We are offering a basic salary of £32,000 depending upon skills and experience, with an OTE of up to £36,000 plus company benefits!
About the Role
As a Master Technician you are a key member of our team, maintaining vehicles to the high standards as set out in our Health and Safety policy, carrying out inspections, repairs and services, checking vehicles against VOSA legislation, as well as assisting with the mentoring and developing of Technicians. This is a diverse role which will include analysis, diagnostics and road testing of vehicles, while continuing to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This is a Full Time, Permanent opportunity.
You will preferably be Mazda trained, however this is not essential as full manufacturer training will be provided for the successful candidate.
About You
All you require to become part of this fantastic dealership is:
A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
MOT Tester licence would be preferable, however not essential
Previous experience gained as a Senior/Master Technician in a dealership
A full Driving Licence
