Are you passionate about Healthcare Law? My client is looking for talented and motivated Solicitors to join their vibrant Healthcare team. This is an opportunity to work with a leading team on a variety of clinical negligence issues.

Positions Available:

– Associate (3-5 years PQE)
– Principal Associate (5+ years PQE)

Key Responsibilities:

• You’ll be at the forefront, managing clinical negligence claims, primarily NHS Litigation Authority and NHS Trusts.
• Expect a mix of litigated and pre-litigated cases, requiring keen investigation and strategic thinking.
• Communication is key – you’ll liaise with various parties, ensuring clients’ interests are protected.
• Not just case work – contribute to the team’s growth through client development and training initiatives.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

• For Associates: You’re a qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years PQE, experienced in defendant clinical negligence.
• For Principal Associates: Bring your 5+ years PQE, along with your experience in leading teams and driving business development.
• Preferred experience in defending complex, high-value litigated and pre-litigated clinical negligence claims. My client will consider a claimant clinical Negligence background depending on experience and PQE
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at handling complex legal issues.
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills are your forte.
• You’re a team player who can also shine independently.
