We’re now recruiting for roles which will help our clients to deliver vital services and to resume business wherever possible. Responsible for BAU Network Support of Capita and Capita client network infrastructures across data centres, client WANs and client LANs. The role will involve incident and change response and resolution, proactive network monitoring, performing upgrades and maintaining support documentation.
The main responsibilities are detailed below, although the post holder would also be expected to perform any other duties which might reasonably be required by the business.
