Role Purpose: Providing general administrative support to the Human Resources team – part of a global HR team, we are a team of doers who achieve the right results at the right time.

Monitor shared HR mailbox, ensuring employee queries and issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently, while maintaining confidentiality at all times, escalating issues to HRA/HRBP as needed.
Human Resources Admin Assistant
Manage the HRIS (Oracle) including the creation and maintenance of all computerised employee records and reporting.
Supporting the recruitment process including maintenance of Applicant Tracker System (Brassring). Monitoring and raising jobs on ATS, updating tracker, answering queries – posting vacancies, sifting CV’s and arranging interviews.
Undertake full Administration for core HR Employee Life Cycle process including New Starter Process; Leaver Process; Contractual Changes; Reference Requests; Background Screening; Sickness Absence;
Ensuring that all Employee Right to Work Documentation is up to date.
Keep new hire materials up to date & act as central contact point for IT, facilities and Learning systems in relation to new hires.
Managing the administration, membership, reporting, individual case issues and employee queries in relation to Company Pension, private healthcare, Insurance Schemes, Childcare vouchers and eye care vouchers.
Creating various complex monthly & ad hoc Human Resources Management reports. Collate, cut, analyse and report out on data in various forms (database, excel, powerpoint)
Providing all general administrative support (including post, telephone coverage, file management, general correspondence, and query resolution for employees and management, filing and photocopying etc.)
Receive, check and obtain correct signature levels for invoices, send to appropriate US router boxes, resolve queries in relation to invoicing, raise manual payment requisitions as necessary.

Possess strong IT skills; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Database management

Have the ability to prioritise workload and produce accurate, detailed work within deadlines, manage multiple tasks, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
