A design and manufacturing business based in York is currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger / Accounts Assistant to join their team. A competitive salary is of up to £25,000, depending on experience, as well as other benefits such as attractive, Monday to Friday working hours, annual bonus and holidays up to 33 days per year (inclusive of bank holidays). Study support can also be on offer for the right individual.
The Sales Ledger / Accounts Assistant will be joining the Finance Team and where the primary responsibilities will be accurately processing transactions on the ledgers and delivering effective credit control services.

We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience in a finance-based role and who are keen to build a career in finance. You may currently be a Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit Controller, Finance Assistant, Finance Officer, Accounts Assistant, or Accounts Admin. You also may be studying your AAT or be AAT or MAAT qualified.
This role is easily commutable from York, Heslington, Stamford Bridge, Dunnington, Pocklington, Market Weighton, Thorganby, Seaton Ross, Selby and surrounding areas. Due to this role’s location, this opportunity is not accessible via public transport and therefore the successful individual will need to make their own way to the office, via car, bike or other forms of transport. There is also free car parking on-site.
