This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for the right person to work within a small team of professionals to shape and develop the corporate culture of KCHC based around the agreed purpose and values and provide a framework of clear accountabilities and decision making, as well as focusing on training and development policy.
You will be responsible for providing support, leadership and oversight of all Human Resources activities for the charity including employee relations, benefits, recruiting, performance management, organisational development and compliance. Ensuring all HR systems and key policies are in place and comply with employment law and governance requirements
Salary: £45,000 per annum FTE
Based: London, hybrid working, with 1 day per week in office, flexible working
Permanent role; open to flexible working
Full time (37.5 hours) or part time, 5 or 3 days per week (negotiable)

About the role:
About the person:
You’re CIPD qualified (minimum to Level 5) with evidence of continuous professional development, good knowledge of employment regulations, solid employment law knowledge and proven experience of applying updated legislation to a variety of HR situations.
You have significant experience of supporting values led process, recruitment, organisational development, management, remuneration & benefits, and employee relations. As well as experience in managing staff performance issues and experience of coaching managers through this and leading where necessary.
