Purchase Ledger Clerk – North Lincolnshire – Up to £22,000 + Excellent Benefits
Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a highly successful manufacturing business in North Lincolnshire who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger professional to join a growing business in a fast-paced, friendly team. This role is available with working hours either 8.30am-5pm or 11am-7pm.
Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities:
Processing a high volume of invoices
Dealing with supplier queries
Statement reconciliations
Liaising with across departments to help resolve any queries
Coding invoices to the nominals
Preparing payment runs
Setting up new suppliers and updating records
Required Skills & Experience:
Previous experience within a similar role in a fast-paced business is essential
An adaptable attitude and ability able to work to tight deadlines
A proactive approach and a team player with strong interpersonal skills
Strong IT skills including Excel and experience using ERP systems
