About the role
This role delivers direct marketing and digital fundraising acquisition campaigns to recruit new individual supporters. This includes a focus on Christian Aid Week, our most significant moment in the year for generating new leads and donors. The role holder will contribute to the development of the right products, channels and messaging to attract new donors (regular and one-offs) as the first step in building a long-term supporter relationship.
About you
You will have
-Experience of integrated marketing communications and campaigns, including a good understanding of digital
-Experience of using data and insight to understand behaviour and trends
-Experience of delivering supporter acquisition activities including a combination of direct marketing and digital channels
-Good understanding of balanced needs to build relationships with supporters and achieve specific response targets.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Experience of being in empathy with customers’/supporters’ needs and expectations around multi-channel, multi-message communications.
-Strong time management / organisational skills.
-Experience of selecting, briefing and managing external suppliers/consultants.
-Experience of mobile marketing / digital channels and campaigning.
-Willingness to test new product / channel ideas, capture learning and roll-out following a successful pilot
