Project Manager (Building Services)

£50,000 Basic + Car Allowance + Pension + Package

This is a great opportunity for a Project Manager with a building services background to work for a leading care home provider offering stability and security. Enjoy working in an autonomous role managing multiple sites within the home counties.

Key Responsibilities

• Attending sites to survey and assess remedial repairs or new works aligned to specific projects/ refurbishments
• Producing specifications and quotations relating to the work required
• Monitoring projects to ensure they are executed within deadlines
• Utilize information and photos to assist with planning work required
• Covering sites within Essex, Milton Keynes, Cambridge and South London

Background Required

• Experienced Project Manager, Site Manager or similar
• Previous multi-site experience overseeing teams and projects
• Trades background required i.e. electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry
• Full clean driving license
