Compass Associates are working with a healthcare provider who partner with the NHS and local authorities, providing high quality care for more than 1 million people each year up and down the country
They are currently searching for a MSK Physiotherapist to join their team in Luton. As a Band 6 Physiotherapist your days will be rewarding and varied, you will work closely with our Physiotherapy Team Lead and Extended Scope Practitioners to deliver high quality, individualised, evidence-based care to all patients.
The service provides adults with advice and treatment for all musculoskeletal conditions across the Luton area. The purpose of the service is to assess, advise and treat people with a range of musculoskeletal conditions. Treating GP-referred patients, the service offer help with a range of problems arising with the Muscles, Joints, Bones, Tendons, Ligaments, and some nerve-related conditions.
The person
You will be an HCPC registered Physiotherapist with previous experience of musculoskeletal physiotherapy. The successful candidate will be a pro-active learner and you will be supported in your development in this field. You will have strong communication and organisation skills, and a flexible approach will ensure you deliver positive experiences to patients at every stage of their healthcare journey.
You will be working within a friendly and stable team of physiotherapists, extended scope practitioners (ESPs), orthopaedics, rheumatology and chronic pain consultants, as well as support staff. Support and ongoing career development are of top priority for this company.

The Requirements
– Band 5/6 MSK Physiotherapist
– BSc (hons) Physiotherapy degree
– Two years post-qualification experience desired
– HCPC Membership
– Experience to include clients with MSK is essential
– Great communication skills
– Friendly manner
– Highly professional attitude
– NHS experience is desired
The Hours
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday only
8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm or 10am – 6pm
Option to work four longer days
The Location
This role is based in Luton and is commutable from Hemel Hemstead, Ayelsbury, Hitchen, St Albans, Milton Keynes, Bedford, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Hitchen, Leighton Buzzard
