We are working with an NHS Trust who is looking for an Interim Service Desk Manager who will manage the IT service desk which provides 1st and 2nd line support to IT users throughout the Trust. This is a key role to the successful operation of the department and requires well developed management skills to monitor and manage call volumes and react appropriately in our fast changing IT environment.
