Connections Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading soft services provider to identify a Part-time Payroll Manager to join their ranks.
The Payroll Manager will report directly to the Financial Controller and have a comprehensive knowledge of sage 50 payroll with previous experience processing payroll for a high volume of employees.
Proven Payroll administration experience and a good understanding of the Auto-Enrolment rules are essential for this role.
Duties to include;
· Responsible for the full end to end payroll of up to 600 staff members including fortnightly, 4 weekly and monthly payroll
· Onboarding new starter packs and leavers and preparation of payroll management reports
· Preparation and calculation of multiple payrolls from entry to submission of Real-Time Information reports to HMRC
· Processing of pension auto-enrolment, new pension joiners and leavers and liaising with the provider
· Calculation of SSP, SMP, SPP and submission of CIS information
Working hours – Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 8am to 4pm
Salary – c£30,000 pro-rata | c£18,000 gross
