Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Looking for Senior BIM Manager/ Digital Construction Lead at London Full Time

Currently working with a company who find themselves in need for an additional BIM Manager/ Digital Construction Lead.

Within this role you will be resourcing and contributing to work winning and day to day delivery for all related project work. You will be working closely with leadership and project teams to ensure successful implementation of digital construction techniques across the entire project lifecycle.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Setting the Digital Construction Strategy for the Science and Health Division
• Work across multiple projects simultaneously
• Chair project BIM Co-ordination meetings performing live walk throughs, clash detection, problem solving techniques
• Compile supply chain assessments
• Write and maintain BEP and Quality Check models
• Manage the process, workflows and procedures for successful information exchange on project work
• Manage supply chain input/ output
• Track Data Drops
• Ensure timely delivery
• Validate model compliance REBA, BEP
• Maintain master model, ensure info remains interoperable, clash detection, quality checks, data conversion
• Report key data

Your Ideal Skills:

• Ability to demonstrate tangible benefits
• Architectural Background
• MEP Background
• Previous experience working for a Tier One’ Main contractor
• Previous experience working for an established Design Consultancy
• Experience in technically complex projects Hospitals, Research Labs, Prisons etc
