Are you looking to start your office career in HR with a company that will support and develop you?
Creative Support is a caring Not-for-Profit organisation that provides high quality person centred social care services for people with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health and other needs.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior HR Administrator to join our busy HR Team as part of our national charity. You will be based in our friendly and supportive HR department operating in Head Office in Stockport, located within just a few minutes’ walk of the train and bus services.
As a Junior HR Administrator, you will enjoy constant variety, learning and challenges whilst building your knowledge from the ground upwards in a friendly professional environment. This is very much a supporting role to start with where you will help with the smooth running of the HR department and provide the team with general administrative support. You will receive lots of training and development, with the opportunity to progress, learning plenty as you develop.
This is an ideal role for individuals who are passionate about working in the not-for-profit sector and applicants who are looking for their first role within a HR setting are encouraged to apply.
The main responsibilities of the role will include filing of documentation, providing administrative support for the team when needed, supporting putting TUPE and performance packs together, archiving documents and records, photocopying and data inputting.
Our range of employee benefits includes:
• Free life assurance
• Pension with company contribution
• A range of employee discounts
We are a passionate, inclusive and anti-racist organisation. We embrace diversity and encourage applicants from all backgrounds and cultures. As a Disability Confident Employer we welcome applications from people with a disability, and as a proud Stonewall Diversity Champion we actively encourage applications from the LGBT+ community.
We would encourage you to apply to us even if you have not yet had your COVID 19 vaccine. You will be required to have your first COVID 19 vaccine prior to your interview and your second vaccine before you start work with us. This time will be used to complete post interview recruitment checks. Applicants who are unable to receive the vaccination on medical grounds are still welcome to apply with provision of their official NHS COVID pass letter of medical exemption.
