Key responsibilities:
Deliver and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, proactively managing a range of employee relations issues encompassing capability, disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
Deliver HR operational activities including processing of payroll transactions, issuing of contracts and amendments as well ensuring HR files are maintained to audit compliance
Build and maintain strong relationships with management and staff responding to first line advice and guidance.
Facilitate line managers to proactively manage their resourcing needs in line with the agreed process, using data insight and corporate systems to support managers.
Applicants will have:
Experience of operating within a comparable role (HR Adviser / HR Officer) dealing with a range of employee relations
Sound knowledge of employment law and able to apply this to all case management
Flexible attitude to work and to take on new projects
Experience of building effective relationships and working closely with managers to deliver organisational focused outcomes
Good organisational skills, resilience and ability to manage conflicting priorities
