New opportunity for a graduate with a Construction Development Consultancy in the West Midlands either within Project Management or Quantity Surveying.
This firm has had a very busy year and are set to have a highly successful 2022 and beyond and can offer really strong experience and training to the successful candidate. This leading Development Consultant provides specialist support to development led infrastructure on a number of large developments across the Uk. They have a successful working relationship with clients such as Land Owners and Developers to whom they provide a multi-disciplinary service.
Within either Construction Project Management or Quantity Surveying a relevant qualification at degree level is required being ideally either Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management or Construction Project Management graduating recently or this summer. As our client is equally strong and equally busy in both Quantity Surveying or Project Management we are able to consider either discipline but it is essential that you have a construction related degree as we are not able to consider applicants without this.
Any relevant industry experience would be an advantage but naturally the most important asset is your potential. We’re looking for ambitious and driven individuals looking to get their careers in construction off to a great start, and willing to work hard to achieve their goals. You must be able to drive and be already based within the West Midlands.
