Your Role
As the Account Manager (Digital Solutions), you’ll be passionate about all things digital, confident to build long term trusting relationships with clients and be commercially savvy! This role will cover two workstreams for their client.
Day to Day
Shape client briefs, work with dedicated solutions teams to deliver.
Overall accountability for the annual revenue of the B2B solution team and the customer experience store.
Deliver best in class B2B solutions to their major client,com site
Manage omnichannel productivity for customer experience store
About you
Ability to talk design, digital transformation, business transformation, change management, data and technology at senior level.
Be a domain expert for your solutions teams and challenge client brief and requirements
Have experience working with Agile methodology, Jira and Confluence is a bonus!
