We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
Provide timely and relevant information, consistent advice, and administration relating to Reward Services activity, to employees, managers and external parties, within agreed parameters in order to maximise customer efficiency, effectiveness and confidence.
Contribute to the development and delivery of Reward Services strategy to align with business needs, comply with legal requirements, reflect current HR/Shared Services best practice and meet management performance, ownership metrics and perception standards
Support the management and delivery of operational reward activity continually driving improved performance.
Contribute to the development, delivery and continuous evaluation of all Human Resources (HR) policies and procedures, ensuring that they accurately reflect DHL Supply Chain’s (DHL SC) values, objectives, and strategies, and support its business needs and future requirements, whilst fitting with legislative requirements and minimising risk to the organisation.
Ensure all changes in policy are communicated to the wider People Services team and the business and all working practices / communications are aligned to the new policies and embedded in the HR technologies.
Content owner for Reward Services for FAQs, policy updates and information available within the knowledgebase and the intranet
Administration and governance of My Site Terms (MST)

Good customer relationship and customer service skills
Good knowledge of UK employment legislation
Experience of providing detailed and timely HR advice on the application of policy & reward processes
Knowledge of modern reward systems and supporting practises.
A good understanding of the role Reward Services plays and its interactions with other HR functions across the employee life cycle
