Summary
The purpose of this role is to support the HR Executive and recruitment team, to provide an exceptional service to all employees at Diabetes UK, potential new candidates and external providers. The post-holder will provide administrative support to ensure recruitment and onboarding activities run efficiently and effectively and to create a positive experience for our colleagues as they join our fantastic organisation.

This means that you can balance your working time between home and the office, subject to the needs of your role of course. We do not dictate the number of days you have to attend the office.
This is a 3 months fixed-term contract

Main Responsibilities
You will work with the HR team to support on recruitment administration including uploading new jobs to various job boards and our internal intranet. You will liaise with our HR executive and hiring managers to schedule and send interview invitations, support the onboarding process and add new starters onto the HR system. You will also undertake general recruitment admin tasks, such as supporting the management of the recruitment inbox.

Well organised so that they can keep on top of day-to-day work and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines whilst ensuring high standards of work are achieved.
