At Driver Hire Southampton we are looking for a supervisor/driver to join our client’s based in Winchester on a 12-week temp to perm contract. You will need to prove that you have great management techniques and strive to help where necessary. Our client is looking for an immediate start.
Job Specification:
- Rota in place working 5/7 days
- 36-Hour week
- Deal with day-to-day management duties
- Have 1-1 meetings with staff
- Produce staff rotas and train any new staff
- Recruit new staff and carry out interviews
- Ensure all meals are delivered and delivery notes are up to date
What you will need:
- Full UK driving licence
- Clean licence with at least 1 years driving experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in supervising a team/ management skill
- Good time keeping skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Go the extra mile for customers
