This role is based permanently on-site at a major client’s site in LE12

Monday – Friday 8-4pm – overtime will be available on evenings and weekends depending on the work needing to be completed – its optional – and there is no set amount.

The site is heavy manufacturing – to carry out the servicing, breakdown, maintenance and upgrades to their materials handling equipment.

The role will report to Uk Head of Service Engineering and to the client’s Site Maintenance Manager, and work alongside the Mechanical engineer who has been working on site for 12 years. Field engineers also carry out work on the site as required.

This is a new and additional role due to restructure and growth ambition – they need an electrical engineer for routine work and especially the machine upgrades they have scheduled.

• Qualifications are not important – W eare looking for someone with plenty of experience with similar equipment
• Process Electrician – they are working on the actual materials handling equipment – not power supply to the building or machines.
• Duties will include routine servicing & maintenance, breakdowns and upgrades
• Schedule of works & availability of overtime is controlled by the Site Manager who they report to day-to-day
• Very important they are a good team fit with a good attitude.

2 stage intreview process – looking for someone to start asap or post notice period May or June 2022!

To summarise we are looking for a solid electrical engineer, hands on, team player with relevant experience to get stuck in – lots of work planned especially upgrades.
