A highly respected technology partner of ours in Cambridge are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join the Global Helpdesk on a full time, permanent basis.
Duties will consist of:
Providing 1st line IT and Telephony support to the company
Working within agreed SLA’s
Management of helpdesk tickets
Escalating issues when necessary
Requirements:
High standards of telephone communication skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Passion for IT and problem solving
Driven towards developing knowledge and skills accordingly
